SHIPPING:
How do you ship & what is the price?

We use NZ Post Courier Shipping with Track & Trace on all orders in New Zealand and Internationally for more secure postage. Hence the slightly higher postage costs for international purchases. With set rates reflecting NZ Post prices, making the online checkout process simple, your purchase can be completed in a few easy steps, without having to wait for a later date on the shipping price, order as many items in one order and only pay one set shipping price. The cost of shipping has vastly increased in New Zealand and Worldwide, to help with this we offer FREE Shipping over certain amounts shown below.  

What countries do you ship to?
We ship locally within New Zealand, to Australia, and The United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases. We apologise to other countries not included, this is due to either longer shipping times, larger shipping costs, other legalities, or difficult to ship to areas. 

Shipping rates:
We offer FREE Shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150.00, FREE Shipping on all orders Over $199.00 to Australia, and FREE Shipping on all orders Over $399.00 to The United States. The set shipping prices shown below reflect NZ Post Courier Shipping rates sent with track and trace. These are automatically calculated at checkout once your address and country is put into the address area. There is no additional inner packaging and handling fee. We apologise for any inconvenience with the local and worldwide increases in shipping costs. Please take advantage of our FREE Shipping available as shown below:  
  • New Zealand: FREE Shipping on all orders over $150.00 within NZ, or $10.50 for all orders under $150.00.
  • AUSTRALIA: FREE Shipping on all orders over $199.00 to Australia, or $21.50 NZD for all orders under $199.00.
  • UNITED STATES: FREE Shipping on all orders over $399.00 to The United States, or $49.50 NZD for all orders Under $399.00.

For faster delivery of your items, be sure to enter your post code with the correct address.

Estimated Delivery/Arrival Time: 
All items are shipped from our New Zealand artisan studio, and sent directly to customers. Handling time is promptly within 1-2 business days, and then shipped to your location with a tracking number generated and sent to your email address once shipped. New Zealand orders arrive within an estimated 3 to 8 business days. Australian orders arrive approximately 3 to 15 business days. United States orders arrive approximately between 3 to 25 business days, times vary depending on your location. We recommend to order early or allow for occasional delays during Christmas and other busy seasons.

Will my shipment come in one or many packages?

Your order will always be shipped in one package with the corresponding items included.

Will I be provided with a tracking number, and can I track my order?
Yes you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow along with your order. After your order is processed and sent, we will send your tracking number information to the email you provided us at checkout. You can also check your tracking status by visiting our website and entering your tracking number in the 'Track Order' section at the bottom of the home page for a fast and easy tracking update.

How do I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order and get instant information is through our tracking section at the bottom of the website on every page, in the very bottom green area, on the left hand side in this area is a tab called "Track Order", simply click on this, then enter the tracking number that was emailed to you when the order was processed, then click the green button just below it labelled "Track my order", and right away your tracking or delivery status will be shown, it will say where it is, if it is still in transit, or if it has already been delivered, we wanted to keep it nice and easy for customers to track their orders.

Will I get an email when my parcel is sent?
Yes you will receive an email as soon as your parcel has been sent, your email will also have the tracking number in it. Please check the junk or spam box in your emails just incase it went there instead of to the inbox.

I didn't see an email with my tracking number and when the parcel was sent?
Double check the 'junk or spam box mail' area in your email, as it might be in there, as long as your email isn't too full with messages, it should always come through.

How do I view the products in my preferred currency if not NZD?
You can select your preferred currency to view all products on the website by simply clicking on the currency button on the top right of any page, or the bottom left of any page on the website, and choose your currency in the drop down box. The currency options available to view are: NZD, AUD, and USD. 

Additional Notes On Shipping: 
Your items will be very carefully packaged with lots of inner packing for safe transit, inside a box for further protection, and then further placed inside a standard national or international postage courier bag - we package your beautiful items with the full intention of you receiving them safely and as quickly as possible.
 

How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe online shopping and accept payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, GPay and Apple Pay. All products are listed in New Zealand Dollars, but with a simple click of the currency conversion drop down button you can use the currency converter to change all prices to your chosen currency. For your convenience, once your currency conversion is chosen, this will automatically apply at checkout in your chosen currency.

Can I pay cash on delivery or via another way at a later date?
No sorry. We can only accept payment in advance during checkout at the time of your purchase. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

How do I place an order?
Visit our secure website store at: https://www.ladyofnaturecosmetics.com. Choose the products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Then proceed to fill in your delivery information, and pay with our secure payment checkout. For faster delivery of your fabulous items, be sure to provide a postcode with your address - this helps the delivery service reach your location faster.

My product has a problem. What can I do? 
Once you have confirmed the product is faulty, you should contact us at: support@ladyofnaturecosmetics.com. 

What if the product is broken?
If any product is broken or faulty, you are protected under our refund & returns policy. The policy can be viewed on our store here by scrolling down to the bottom of any page, click on our policy which is titled: Refund & Returns. We will always endeavour to remedy all issues.
